Twilight Run Success at Blackbushe Airport
On Saturday, 21st September, a team of eight staff members and fundraisers took part in the Twilight Run at Blackbushe Airport, organised by the Community Matters Partnership (CMP). The event featured 3k, 5k, and 10k distances, with our team choosing to tackle either the 5k or 10k.
A special congratulations goes to our Operations Manager, Kristina James Talbot, who completed her very first 5k run, surpassing her goal of running it in under 40 minutes and finishing in an impressive 36 minutes – a fantastic achievement!
Aimee and Michaela also ran on behalf of our charity, raising over £500 between them. Altogether, our team raised over £1,200 for charity, contributing to the tremendous fundraising efforts on the day.
With more than 900 participants, including runners, walkers, hula-hoopers, skaters, and cyclists, the event was a true celebration of community spirit, supporting charities from across Surrey and Hampshire. The stunning sunset provided a beautiful backdrop for a memorable evening.
Thank you to everyone who took part and supported the cause!
